For nearly twenty years I have practiced various forms of yoga — first for my body, then for my soul. That shift led me to kundalini yoga, and it felt like coming home. What began as movement became a path. What became a path became a calling. For seven years I have been guiding others through that same doorway.
My background is unusual by design. Product design, theater production, brand management, and a decade of facilitating design thinking workshops for tech professionals. Which means I speak fluently to high performers, to creative thinkers, to people who are brilliant at what they do — and feel something essential is still missing.
My superpower — the thing people name again and again — is the ability to feel the truth of a person: what they are magnificent at, where they are afraid, and what is waiting to open in them. I read people. And then I create the conditions for them to read themselves.
A little bit about me:
Born in Japan, I have lived and worked across countries, cultures, and industries — which has given me a genuine ease with different perspectives and ways of being. I am curious about people by nature, not by method. When you sit with me, I want to know the real you. I am open, empathetic, and creative. Direct, but always compassionate. I will meet you exactly where you are.
